2、瑞安气动门改造过程
此次改造采用的是北京一公司生产的箱式气动执行机构，其公司针对国内电厂蝶阀
实际运行情况，采取与北京西门子公司合作的生产方式，根据提供设计方案及图纸，公司精选国外进口配件生产的新一代执行机构。具有控制精度高、抗震、防尘、免维护运行等特点，非常适合于控制电厂风门挡板等运行环境较差的设备。经过柱塞阀
其它众多电力用户的运行实践，证明该产品已达到并超过了安全阀
同类进口执行机构的性能。
3、改造后机构的使用说明：
3.1、过滤减压阀：调整输入气源压力至0.55Mpa左右，一般每六个月用酒精清洗一次。
