adding the sort of radical changes that made Team Fortress 2 such a success to the inevitable true sequel to Counter-Strike, according to Valve’s Doug Lombardi.

Normally this sort of news would be welcomed with open, affectionate arms, but the CS community is very "particular" about any REDUCING VALVES
changes Valve might make. Anything other than re-releasing the original Counter-Strike with coupons for free Mountain Dew will be seen as anathema, so Valve must tread very lightly
